Development shipping rules

The current application uses a configurable Philippine shipping abstraction rather than fake live courier rates. Standard delivery is configured at ₱99, with free standard delivery at ₱999 order subtotal.

Courier integrations

The code is structured so J&T, Flash Express, LBC, or another courier provider can replace the configurable development provider when credentials and an integration contract are available.
